硝苯啶(Nifecipine),商品名为心痛定,为膜转移的钙离子拮抗剂之一。被广泛用于治疗冠心病心绞痛及高血压。近年又用于治疗充血性心力衰竭,原发性肺动脉高压及支气管哮喘。最近又有用于治疗雷诺氏现象,泌尿道梗阻,偏头痛和弥漫性食道痉挛的报告。经临床使用证明它有一些副作用,有的还比较严重。副作用发生率各家报告不一,约有17～20％。在硝苯啶日益被广泛应用时,需注意并设法避免及处理副作用。
Nifedipine (Nifecipine), known as nifedipine, is one of the membrane-bound calcium antagonists. Is widely used in the treatment of angina pectoris and hypertension. In recent years, it is also used to treat congestive heart failure, primary pulmonary hypertension and bronchial asthma. Recently there are reports of Raynaud’s phenomenon, urinary tract obstruction, migraine and diffuse esophageal spasm. Proved by clinical use it has some side effects, some still more serious. The incidence of side effects of different reports, about 17 to 20%. In the increasingly widespread application of nifedipine, attention and try to avoid and deal with side effects.
