过磷酸钙颗粒溶解机制及养分释放过程直接影响磷素利用率。通过研究20、25、30、35、40℃下过磷酸钙颗粒的溶解过程,明确过磷酸钙颗粒溶解过程符合缩芯模型,控制步骤先后为内扩散控制、界面和外扩散联合控制两个阶段,模型方程均达到线性显著水平(P<0.05),且扩散控制步骤的转换渐进完成。研究结果对促进过磷酸钙的应用和提高肥料利用率研究具有科学意义。
The mechanism of calcium superphosphate particle dissolution and nutrient release directly affect the phosphorus utilization rate. By studying the dissolution process of superphosphate particles at 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 ℃, it was found that the dissolution process of superphosphate particles accorded with the de-contracting model. The control procedure consisted of two stages of internal diffusion control, interface and diffusion control, , The model equation reached a linear significant level (P <0.05), and the conversion of diffusion control step was gradually completed. The research results have scientific significance to promote the application of superphosphate and improve the fertilizer utilization rate.
