Laos Opens the International Checkpoint in Jiaojiao District According to the “China Daily” report in Thailand, the Lao government opened the international checkpoint in the Jiaojiao District on January ZI this year. This is one of the measures for cooperating and opening the Four Corners Economic Zone. Opening this international checkpoint will enable foreigners holding passports to enter the area. The international checkpoint in the Georgetown area is the fourth international level opened by the Laotian government.
