目的考察不同型号大孔吸附树脂对赤芍中芍药苷的纯化效果,为树脂药用技术应用和赤芍相关产品开发提供参考。方法 HPLC法测定芍药苷;采用动态吸附法,考察大孔树脂的吸附、解吸附性能和纯化效果。结果 D-101A树脂综合性能最佳。结论 D-101A树脂纯化赤芍中芍药苷效果较好,可用于工业化生产。
Objective To investigate the purification of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra by different types of macroporous adsorption resins and to provide reference for the application of resin medicinal technology and the development of related products of Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods HPLC was used to determine paeoniflorin. The adsorption and desorption properties of macroporous resin were investigated by dynamic adsorption method. Results D-101A resin best overall performance. Conclusion D-101A resin purification of Paeoniflorin paeoniflorin better effect, can be used for industrial production.
