目的:探讨云南白药不同提取部位对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。方法:应用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型,分别以生理盐水和苏拉明为空白和阳性对照,以小血管个数为主要观察指标,比较云南白药不同提取部位抑制新生血管生成作用。结果:云南白药的乙酸乙酯部位和95%,80%,60%乙醇部位小血管个数与空白组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:云南白药的乙酸乙酯部位、乙醇部位(95%,80%,60%)对CAM新生血管有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different extracts of Yunnan Baiyao on the chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis. Methods: Chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model was established. The physiological saline and suramin were blank and positive control respectively, and the number of small blood vessels was taken as the main observation index. The different parts of Yunnanbaiyao were used to inhibit angiogenesis. Results: There were significant differences (P <0.01) between the number of small blood vessels in the ethyl acetate fraction of Yunnanbaiyao and the 95%, 80% and 60% ethanol groups. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate fraction and ethanol fraction of Yunnanbaiyao (95%, 80%, 60%) can inhibit CAM neovascularization.
