前言从我国磨煤机的运行实践和国外磨煤机的使用、研究情况来看,从设计制造到运行等各方面,都还有许多问题急待解决。低速钢球磨煤机功率消耗大;中速磨煤机结构不够完善;风扇磨煤机存在不均匀磨损等问题。磨煤机的设计计算也需要努力掌握。根据我国煤质资源及我国磨煤机的使用情况,今后中速磨煤机(包括辊式和球式)、风扇磨煤机、低速钢球磨煤机在我国都会得到广泛应用和发展。本文根据国外磨煤机的试验研究情况针对上述一些问题加以综述。一、低速钢球磨煤机在苏联,低速钢球磨煤机得到了广泛的应用和发展。他们已制造出出力为70吨/时的球磨机(按K=0.95,R_(90)=7%),并于1971年进行了实验性的运行。低速钢球磨煤机原出力计算值偏低,没有正确地反映出通风对出力的影响。全苏热工
