针对兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(HIRFL-CSR)复杂的现场环境和对现场故障精确检测报警的迫切需求,以TI公司的MSP430混合信号处理器为核心,采用负反馈电路稳定工作点,并结合RS-485现场总线技术完成了故障诊断报警电路的设计。结果表明:该诊断报警电路具有稳定性好、灵敏度高、耗电量小、价格低、使用方便、定位精确的优点,适合各种复杂的工作环境,可广泛应用于开关量诊断报警。现已成功应用于HIRFL-CSR漏水检测报警系统中。
In response to the complex field environment of heavy ion accelerator cooling storage ring (HIRFL-CSR) in Lanzhou and the urgent need of accurately detecting and alarming on-site faults, TI’s MSP430 mixed signal processor is used as the core. The negative feedback circuit stabilizes the operating point and combines RS-485 field bus technology to complete the fault diagnosis alarm circuit design. The results show that the diagnostic alarm circuit has the advantages of good stability, high sensitivity, low power consumption, low price, easy to use and precise positioning. It is suitable for all kinds of complex working environments and can be widely used in the diagnosis of switch quantity. Has been successfully applied to HIRFL-CSR leak detection alarm system.
