加强干部德的考核,是干部教育管理的重要内容。年轻干部是干部队伍的重要组成部分,是党的事业的生力军和后备力量。加强对年轻干部德的考核评价,是深化干部人事制度改革的重要内容,是建立符合科学发展观要求的干部考核评价体系的必然要求,做好这项工作,具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义。本文结合长春市的实践探索,谈谈对这一问题的认识和体会,并对相关工作提出意见建议。
