1998年以来,中国以住宅为主的房地产市场发展已取得巨大成就。从2004年起,房地产供求关系从供略大于求转为求大于供,为房地产健康发展,2005年国办发26号文件和2006年国办发37号文件出台一系列调控政策。中国应建立中、小套型为主的住房建设与消费模式,健全和完善住房保障制度。
Since 1998, China has made great achievements in the development of housing-based real estate market. Since 2004, the relationship between real estate supply and demand has changed from oversupply to seeking more than supply, which has provided a healthy development of real estate.
