结合头孢氨苄糖衣片目前存在的某些缺点，将适宜的薄膜包衣辅料——英国卡乐康（Colorcon）公司生产的欧巴代（Opadry）应用于头孢氨苄片的薄膜包衣，进行了有关实验及稳定性研究，解决了糖衣片与中间体检测方面存在的问题，使头孢氨苄薄膜在片质量稳定、可靠。
Combined with the current shortcomings of cephalexin tablets, a suitable film coating material, Opadry produced by Colorcon Company, was applied to the film coating of cephalexin tablets. The experiments and stability studies have solved the problems in the determination of sugar-coated tablets and intermediates, and made the quality of the cephalexin films stable and reliable.
