高校移动图书馆服务主要依赖于新媒体技术的运用,其中微信公众平台在受众群体中使用广泛,尤其是微信在高校人群的覆盖率较广,操作便捷,有利于图书馆服务与受众之间的联系互动。一方面可以有效地发布图书馆相关服务信息,另一方面可以通过平台收集受众反馈意见与咨询,避免传统服务的空间局限性,提升了服务的先进性与便捷性。
