介绍了用超声波鉴定粗晶螺栓的原理。用A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤方法对材质为20Cr1Mo1V(Nb)TiB的粗晶螺栓(晶粒级别为1~2级)和细晶螺栓(晶粒级别为5~7级)进行了3种不同频率的检测,结果表明粗晶螺栓对超声波的散射衰减影响显著,且这种散射衰减会随着探头频率的增大而增大,确认用超声波可以有效对粗晶螺栓进行鉴定和区分。
The principle of ultrasonic identification of coarse-grained bolts is introduced. A type of pulse reflection ultrasonic testing method for the material of 20Cr1Mo1V (Nb) TiB coarse-grained bolts (grain level 1 to 2) and fine-grained bolts (grain level of 5 to 7) were three different The results show that the coarse-grained bolt has a significant influence on the scattering attenuation of ultrasonic waves, and this scattering attenuation will increase with the increase of the probe frequency. It is confirmed that the use of ultrasonic waves can effectively identify and distinguish coarse-grained bolts.
