针对某型机载电子吊舱维护训练成本高、组织难、周期长等问题,设计实现了一种基于半实物仿真的维护训练系统,该系统不仅在外观、连接和操作上与实装一致,同时在内部设计了信号仿真、故障设置、状态采集电路,通过采用通用I/O模块及RS 485总线主从方式构建远程测控体系,实现对电子装备工作状态的仿真。在此基础上设计内外场维护训练平台,能仿真内外场通电测试中对吊舱的操作控制,可灵活设置故障并真实再现故障现象,实现了对该型吊舱一二线技术保障训练的全过程仿真。实际应用表明,采用该系统实施吊舱维护训练能有效节约训练成本,降低训练风险,提高训练效果。
A maintenance training system based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation is designed and implemented to solve the problems of high training cost, organization difficulty and long period of a certain type of airborne electronic pod. The system not only is consistent in appearance, connection and operation, At the same time, the signal simulation, fault setting and status acquisition circuit are designed internally, and the remote measurement and control system is built by adopting the general-purpose I / O module and RS485 bus master-slave mode to realize the simulation of working status of electronic equipment. On the basis of this, we design the training platform of internal and external field maintenance, which can simulate the operation and control of pods in the field and field test, flexibly set the fault and reproduce the fault phenomenon completely, and realize the whole process of the first and second technical support training simulation. Practical application shows that using this system to implement pod maintenance training can effectively save training costs, reduce training risks and improve training effects.
