本文阐述了十六大提出的在本世纪头二十年全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ,这是贯彻“三个代表”重要思想在我国现阶段的集中体现。全面建设小康社会必须把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务 ;必须坚持社会经济、政治、文化发展的统一 ;必须处理好改革发展稳定的关系 This article elaborates the goal set by the 16th CPC National Congress in building an overall well-to-do society in the first two decades of this century.
