应用单向琼脂免疫扩散及血气分析技术，对200例正常人健康眼泪液和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量及泪液PH值进行测定，同时，检测湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对泪液及血清免疫球蛋白和泪液PH值的影响，并设红霉素眼膏组作对照。结果：①正常人未受到刺激眼泪液免疫球蛋白含量明显高于受刺激眼（P＜0．05），而泪液PH值则无明显改变（P＞0．05）。②MEBO治疗前后泪液免疫球蛋白含量有非常显著性差异（P＜0．05）。③MEBO治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白含量比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）。证实MEBO具有明显增强健康眼局部免疫功能和调节泪液PH值作用，而对全身血清免疫功能无影响。
Unidirectional agar immunodiffusion and blood gas analysis techniques were used to measure the levels of tears and serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM, and tears in 200 healthy individuals. MEBO was also tested for tears and serum. The effects of immunoglobulin and tear pH were determined and erythromycin ointment group was used as a control. RESULTS: 1In normal subjects, the content of immunoglobulin in tears was significantly higher than that in irritated eyes (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in tears’ pH (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in tear immunoglobulin content before and after treatment with MEBO (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin content before and after 3MEBO treatment (P>0.05). It was confirmed that MEBO significantly enhances the local immune function and regulates the pH of tears, but has no effect on the systemic serum immune function.
