神经肽Y(NPY)0.2μg/kg静脉注射使毁脊髓大鼠的收缩压(SAP)、舒张压(DAP)、左室压(LVP)、左室压最大变化速率(±dP/dtmax)迅速上升,与给药前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01),但持续时间较短,7min开始下降,10min即恢复正常。粉防己碱(Tet)可使以上心功能指标下降(P<0.05和P<0.01)。Tet、雷米普利(Ram)分别与NPY联合应用,3min时,LVP、±dP/dtmax、SAP、DAP升高,与单纯NPY组比较,无明显差别,但上升幅度不如NPY组,升高持续时间较NPY组明显缩短,5min时,以上参数迅速下降,并基本恢复至给药前的水平,与NPY组比较,有明显差异(P<0.05),提示Tet、Ram与NPY联合应用可减弱NPY的心血管作用。
