目的探究鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取十堰市茅箭区人民医院2011年4月—2013年4月收治的92例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的老年患者,将患者按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采用钙尔奇治疗,观察组在此基础上采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后骨密度指标〔骨密度(BMD)、血骨钙素(BGP)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)〕变化。结果观察组显效34例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率为93.5%(43/46);对照组显效20例,有效13例,无效13例,总有效率为71.7%(33/46),观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前BMD、BGP、PTH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后BMD、BGP均高于对照组,PTH低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素能显著提高糖尿病合并骨质疏松的治疗效果,并有效改善老年患者的骨密度指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile diabetes with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis admitted from April 2011 to April 2013 in People’s Hospital of Shiyan District of Shiyan City were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission example. Control group was treated with Galci, the observation group on this basis using salmon calcitonin treatment. The clinical efficacy and the changes of BMD, BGP and PTH before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 34 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.5% (43/46). In the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.7% 46). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in BMD, BGP and PTH between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). BMD and BGP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and PTH was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Salmon calcitonin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of diabetes combined with osteoporosis and effectively improve the bone mineral density in elderly patients.
