目的:观察并探讨内皮素受体拮抗剂BQ123对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后肺损伤的影响。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组(n=8):对照组(Control),肢体缺血再灌注组(LIR),BQ123+LIR组。分别测定肢体缺血4 h再灌注4 h的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2),肺湿干比(W/D)、肺系数(LI),血浆及肺组织丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET-1),以及肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)含量。结果:大鼠LIR后4 h,PaO2明显降低;W/D、L I、血浆及肺组织的MDA、NO、ET-1和肺组织MPO活性均明显增加,与LIR组比较,BQ123+LIR组各项损伤指标明显降低。结论:BQ123可以减轻大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后肺损伤。
Objective: To observe and explore the effect of endothelin receptor antagonist BQ123 on lung injury following limbs ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 8): Control group, LIR group, BQ123 + LIR group.
