对Rene’N4单晶镍基高温合金激光表面快速熔凝过程中形成的MC型碳化物的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,非平衡凝固的MC型碳化物稳定性较差,外界条件对其非平衡形态间的转化具有明显影响,碳化物的形态和化学成份均有向平衡态转变的趋势。
The stability of MC carbides formed during the rapid solidification of the laser surface of Rene’N4 single crystal nickel base superalloy was studied. The results show that the non-equilibrium solidified MC carbides have poor stability and the external conditions have a significant effect on the transformation between the non-equilibrium forms. The morphology and chemical composition of the carbides have the tendency to shift from the equilibrium state.
