微卡（Vaccae）是一种免疫调节剂，具有双向免疫调节功能，是WHO在结核病治疗中推荐的唯一免疫治疗剂^[1]，对肺结核患者起到治疗作用。2006年1月至2007年1月，我所采用微卡辅助治疗菌阳肺结核患者161例，疗效满意，痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率明显高于对照组，现报告如下。
