本文对以非离子型表面活性剂(SX—1)与其它表面活性剂所形成的两元混合体系在发泡性能上的协合作用作了试验研究.从十二种不同类型的表面活性剂中筛选出了在发泡能力和泡沫稳定性上具有协合作用的四种表面活性剂.同时,考察了它们在无机盐存在时的发泡性能、综合发泡能力和泡沫稳定性,得出了最佳的SX—1与SAS构成的二元混合体系,并对该体系的协合作用作了一定的理论解释.本研究对于表面活性剂在油气田开发和日用化工中的应用具有一定的参考价值.
In this paper, the synergistic effect of the two-component system of non-ionic surfactant (SX-1) and other surfactants on the foaming properties was studied. Four surfactants were selected from the twelve different types of surfactants for their synergistic effect on foam strength and foam stability. At the same time, the foaming properties, the comprehensive foaming ability and the foam stability in the presence of inorganic salts were investigated. The best binary mixture system of SX-1 and SAS was obtained and the synergistic effect of the system Made some theoretical explanation. This study has certain reference value for the application of surfactant in oil and gas field development and daily chemical industry.
