过敏性鼻炎和血管舒缩性鼻炎系常见病,但缺乏良效的治疗方法。虽采用下鼻甲激素注射疗效较为满意,但操作繁不易推广。K.B.Bhargava等~1于1980年报告,用15％硝酸银鼻内涂布治疗该二种疾病取得较好效果。我们从1983年开始采用此法治疗数10例患者。现将记录完整的30例报告如下。一般资料 30例中,男17人,女13人;年龄7～58岁。病程2月～20年,5年以上占多数。症状以喷嚏和清涕为主。多数患者(23例)治疗2～3次,少数治疗1或4次。
Allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis are common diseases, but the lack of effective treatment. Although the use of inferior turbinate injection is more satisfactory, but the operation is not easy to promote complex. K.B.Bargava et al ~ 1 reported in 1980, with 15% silver nitrate intranasal coating for the treatment of these two diseases achieved good results.
