针对从钒渣中提取钒、铬存在的问题,提出了一系列绿色液相氧化法,包括NaOH/KOH亚熔盐法和NaOH-NaNO3熔盐法。与传统钠化焙烧法工艺相比,新方法的操作温度由850°C降低至200~400°C,而钒、铬的提取率分别由75%和接近0提高至95%和90%,整个操作过程中无废气及毒渣排放。与焙烧法相比,新工艺在能耗、环境友好及矿物资源综合利用率方面显示出明显的优势,成为钒行业绿色化升级的有效替代方案。
A series of green liquid phase oxidation methods have been proposed for vanadium and chromium extraction from vanadium slag, including NaOH / KOH sub-molten salt method and NaOH-NaNO3 molten salt method. Compared with the traditional sodium roasting process, the operating temperature of the new method is reduced from 850 ° C to 200-400 ° C, while the extraction rates of vanadium and chromium are increased from 75% and nearly 0 to 95% and 90%, respectively. No exhaust gas and toxic waste emissions during operation. Compared with the roasting method, the new process shows obvious advantages in terms of energy consumption, environmental friendliness and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, and becomes an effective alternative to the greening of the vanadium industry.
