采用横截面为扇形结构的试验模型模拟蒸汽发生器入口段传热管,对其在不同缝隙流速下受到的随机湍流激励,采用Axisa和Taylor等提出的等效功率谱密度(EPSD)方法进行研究,并与Taylor和Pettigrew提出的推荐准则进行比较。研究发现,EPSD曲线在约化频率(fR)约为1处出现峰值,该峰值已接近推荐准则边界。根据试验结果对原推荐准则提出修正,得到一个更能反映传热管实际振动情况的新准则。
A test model with a cross-section of fan-shaped structure was used to simulate the heat transfer tube of the steam generator inlet section. Random turbulence excitation under different slot velocities was studied by the equivalent power spectral density (EPSD) method proposed by Axisa and Taylor et al. , And compared with the recommended guidelines proposed by Taylor and Pettigrew. The study found that the EPSD curve peaks at a reduced frequency (fR) of about 1, which is close to the recommended criterion boundary. According to the test results, the original recommendation criterion is amended to obtain a new criterion that can better reflect the actual vibration of the heat transfer tube.
