本文以蒸馏水为对照,介绍电缆保护层用聚氯乙烯塑料在察尔汗盐湖卤水中的耐蚀性试验结果。并用试验统计方法得到供试材料的腐蚀失重率M(%)与浸渍时间t(天)之间的回归方程为M~n=pt。其中n和p为试验数据所确定的系数,与试液性质和试验温度有关。当卤水的温度为25℃时,n等于2.06,p等于7.35×10~(-4);当卤水的温度为60℃时,n等于1.89,p等于0.081。这表明在常温下聚氯乙烯塑料具有优良的耐卤水腐蚀性,而温度升高,卤水的腐蚀性增大。
In this paper, distilled water as a control, the cable protective layer with PVC plastic corrosion resistance in Chaerhan Salt Lake brine test results. The regression equation between corrosion weight loss rate M (%) and impregnation time t (days) of the tested materials was obtained by experimental statistical method as M ~ n = pt. Where n and p are the coefficients determined by the test data, which are related to the nature of the test solution and the test temperature. When the temperature of brine is 25 ℃, n is equal to 2.06 and p is equal to 7.35 × 10 -4. When the temperature of brine is 60 ℃, n is equal to 1.89 and p is equal to 0.081. This shows that PVC at room temperature has excellent resistance to brine corrosion, and the temperature increases, the corrosiveness of brine increases.
