针对传统的PID控制在矿用电机车直流调速系统中存在停车不准、响应不快等问题,系统无法得到良好的性能指标,提出了等效滑模控制来提高其调速系统的工作效率和性能。该控制中等效控制项保证系统状态在滑模面上,而切换控制项保证系统的状态不离开滑模面,使系统处于一个动态稳定的状态。建立矿车直流调速系统的Simulink仿真模型。仿真结果表明:等效滑模控制的响应速度快、控制精度高,且抗干扰性和鲁棒性强。
