“低电压”治理要针对电网状况和存在的现象进行详细分析和调查,梳理产生“低电压”现象的原因,根据低电压发生的地区、负荷、电网设备等具体情况,由变电站到线路、台区制订管理措施和技术措施两方面着手解决低电压现象。针对供电半径长、线路和配电变压器供电能力不足等造成的低电压情况,增加电源点,缩小供电半径。结合农网升级改造工程提升变电站调压能力,新增有载调压主变。对三相负荷不平衡的台区进行负荷调整。
