YKD9320C 是天津第一机床总厂新开发的数控齿轮倒角机。该机床主要用于汽车、摩托车、拖拉机变速箱换挡齿轮的倒角加工,可加工盘状齿轮、齿圈等的齿部倒尖角和圆弧角并有专门机构可倒棱,可在完成轮齿一侧倒角的同时加工另一侧的倒棱。本机床既可使用高速钢端铣刀又能使用硬质合金机夹刀具。本机床充分体现了数控的优点,具有高效、高加工质量和操作方便的特点,因此既能满足小批量多品种生产,又能适应大批量 YKD9320C 是天津第一机床总厂新开发的数控齿轮倒角机。该机床主要用于汽车、摩托车、拖拉机变速箱换挡齿轮的倒角加工,可加工盘状齿轮、齿圈等的齿部倒尖角和圆弧角并有专门机构可倒棱,可在完成轮齿一侧倒角的同时加工另一侧的倒棱。本机床既可使用高速钢端铣刀又能使用硬质合金机夹刀具。本机床充分体现了数控的优点,具有高效、高加工质量和操作方便的特点,因此既能满足小批量多品种生产,又能适应大批量生产需要。是我国目前该类机床最优选的机型。本机床采用在工件前端两个刀轴数控进给加工相邻两轮齿的倒角,工件后端专用倒棱刀轴数控进给完成一个齿槽的倒棱,每次切削完毕,刀轴让刀、工件分度,再开始下一个切削循环。因此,工件转1周即可完成整个齿轮工件的倒角倒棱加工。本机床采用四轴数控系统,即两个倒角轴,一个倒棱轴及一个工件分度轴,完成切削进给,让刀运动和工件圆周分度运动,目前机床可采用 SIEMENS 802D 全数字数控系统控制,也可以根据用户要求采用符合机床功能要求的其它数控系统。机床为卧式布局,有全防护装置,整机调整方便且稳定性好。
