投入产出需要企业不断研究。投入产出水平是企业管理水平的主要衡量标准之一。煤机企业的投入产出有其自身特点。通过对煤机企业投入产出水平途径的研究,总结了这方面的基本经验和做法。这包括在投入水平不变的情况下尽可能提高产出水平,这样做有利于企业充分利用现有条件,节约开支;另一方面,利用EVA考核机制和采用作业成本法不失为新的有效的选择。在此过程中精益管理的理念不可或缺。它是企业深入挖潜的有效工具,有助于将企业正确的管理理念落实到企业效益增长上。
Input-output companies need to continue to study. Input-output level is one of the main standards of enterprise management. Coal enterprises have their own characteristics of input-output. Through the study on the input-output path of coal-mining enterprises, the basic experiences and practices in this field are summarized. This includes raising the level of output as much as possible with the same level of inputs, which will help companies make the best use of existing conditions and save money. On the other hand, the use of EVA assessment and adoption of ABC will be a new and effective option . In this process, the concept of lean management is indispensable. It is an effective tool for enterprises to tap the potential, help to implement the correct management concept of the enterprise to the growth of enterprise efficiency.
