目的:研究紫玉盘的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱柱进行分离纯化,利用理化检验和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从紫玉盘醇提物中分离鉴定了9个化合物:β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、绿玉树萜烯醇(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、苯甲酸(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、蒲公英赛醇(Ⅵ)、大黄素(Ⅶ)、马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Ziyupan. METHODS: Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column were used for separation and purification. The structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral analysis methods. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extracts of Ziyu disk: β-sitosterol palmitate (I), chlorophyllin (II), β-sitosterol (III), benzoic acid (IV) stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (V), dandelion alcohol (VI), emodin (VII), aristolochia lactam AII (VIII), β-carotene (IX). Conclusion: Compounds I, II, V and VII were isolated from this plant for the first time.
