在安全管理过程中,我们经常看到,上至国家领导,下至厂长、经理等一级“官”,总是广泛宣传,精心布置,层层发动,无不显示出其抓安全的力度和决心。可到了基层,一些班组长却认为抓安全是领导和安全部门的事,也有人认为自己的“官”太小,管也起不了多大作用,干脆睁一只跟闭一只眼。笔者认为:抓安全,切不可以“官”小而不为。 In the process of safety management, we often see that at the first level “officials” from the leaders of the state up to the factory director and the manager, they are always widely publicized, well-arranged and launched at various levels, all of which show their efforts in security determination.
