经微量全血EB病毒转化法建立了一具染色体不稳定特点的B淋巴母细胞株(BCHI-1),该细胞株呈悬浮生长,核型为2n=46,XX。细胞群体倍增时间为52h。该细胞株表现为姐妹染色单体交换增高(16.88个/细胞),染色体畸变为4.5%,微核率25‰。该细胞株自发和丝裂霉素C诱发的染色体不稳性与正常的细胞株JMS95031相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
A B-cell lymphoblastoid cell line (BCHI-1) characterized by chromosomal instability was established by micro-whole blood EBV transformation. The cell line grew in suspension with a karyotype of 2n = 46, XX. Cell population doubling time was 52h. The cell line showed an increase of sister chromatid exchange (16.88 cells / cell), a chromosome aberration of 4.5% and a micronucleus rate of 25 ‰. The cell line spontaneous and mitomycin C-induced chromosome instability compared with the normal cell line JMS95031 significant difference (P <0.01).
