通过显微组织观察和力学性能的测试,研究了T6(冷加工+固溶+时效)与T8热处理(固溶+冷加工+时效)对6066铝合金挤压棒材组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在T6状态下,旋转锻造过程中因组织遭到破坏而影响其强度;固溶强化后再进行冷加工及时效处理(T8态),其组织得到细化,硬度及强度均随着冷旋锻变形量的增加而增大,在变形量为45%时,硬度达到102.5 HRF,极限抗拉强度达到520 MPa,而伸长率降低至12%。
The effects of T6 (cold working + solution treatment + aging) and T8 heat treatment (solution + cold working + aging) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6066 aluminum alloy extruded bar were studied by microstructure observation and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the strength of the steel is affected by the destruction of the structure during the rotary forging process in T6 state. After solid solution strengthening, cold working and aging treatment (T8) When the amount of deformation is 45%, the hardness reaches 102.5 HRF, the ultimate tensile strength reaches 520 MPa, and the elongation decreases to 12%.
