在过去的5~6年中,有线数字化一直是中国电视领域出现频率最高的词汇。相关数据显示,截至2008年上半年,中国数字电视用户数已达到4500万,这是决定中国数字电视发展方向的一个关键性数字,对我国广大的数字电视从业者、决策者、参与者、相关者而言,这应当是坚定信心、放弃观望、积极参与的一个里程碑。随着国家相关政策的逐步放开,广播电视产业正逐渐走出政策保护伞,走向市场。与此同时,经历了30年改革开放洗礼的消费者已日趋成熟,消费选择日渐多元化、个性化,脱胎于传统垄断性事业体制的有线网络运营商,面对竞争日趋激烈的市场及要求越来越高的消费者时,如何保证企业的可持续发展及竞争力的持续提升?值得业内同行思考。
In the past five to six years, digital cable has always been the most frequently occurring term in Chinese television. Relevant statistics show that as of the first half of 2008, the number of DTV users in China has reached 45 million. This is a key figure that determines the direction for the development of digital television in China and is of great importance to the vast number of digital TV practitioners, policy makers and participants in China This should be a milestone in building confidence, giving up wait and see, and actively participating. With the gradual liberalization of relevant national policies, the radio and television industry is gradually out of the policy umbrella, to the market. At the same time, consumers who have undergone a 30-year reform and opening-up banquet have become increasingly sophisticated. Consumers are increasingly diversified in their choice of personalities and are born out of the traditional monopoly-based cable network operators. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition and demands How to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises and the continuous improvement of competitiveness?
