随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,自主创新能力已成为衡量一个企业、一个国家以及一个区域经济体国际竞争力的重要指标。以国际合作推动自主创新是东亚经济发展的一条重要路径。东亚科技合作基础良好,如果东亚各国共同努力,前景理应广阔。中国对自主创新问题非常重视,不断加大研发投入力度,并积极融入东亚科技合作之中,是中国提高自主创新能力的重要对策。
As the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, the capability of independent innovation has become an important indicator of the international competitiveness of an enterprise, a country and a regional economy. To promote independent innovation through international cooperation is an important path for economic development in East Asia. The foundation for East Asian science and technology cooperation is good. If all East Asian countries work together, the prospects should be broad. China attaches great importance to the issue of independent innovation. To continuously increase R & D investment and integrate it into science and technology cooperation in East Asia is an important measure for China to enhance its capability of independent innovation.
