本文从可靠性观点出发,对数字地震检波器寿命试验设计中的应力水平、测量参数、测试周期、试验停止时间、受试的检波器样品数和抽样方法等的选择,作了某些探讨.文章还明确指出:应力水平的选择要根据野外勘探环境和方法而定;测试周期的选择要根据产品失效规律呈现两头小,中间大的特点来选择疏密不等的周期;试验停止时间、受试的样品数和抽样方法的选择要根据试验目的和产品寿命分布形式而定.作好寿命试验的设计是保证试验的精度和降低试验费用的关键所在.
In this paper, the reliability of the point of view, the digital geophone life test design stress level, measurement parameters, test cycle, the test stop time, the number of samples under test and the sampling method of choice and so on, made some discussion. The article also clearly pointed out: the choice of stress levels according to the field exploration environment and methods; test cycle selection according to the law of failure of the product showed two small, middle large features to choose different intervals of density; test stop time, subject to The number of samples to be tested and the sampling method are selected according to the purpose of the test and the life distribution of the product, and designing the life test is the key to ensure the accuracy of the test and reduce the cost of the test.
