目的确立猪苓母种和原种的培养条件,揭示猪苓菌丝和蜜环菌菌索共同培养条件下的生长特性。方法采用培养皿固体培养法,定期测定分析猪苓菌丝和蜜环菌菌索的形态特征及生长指标。结果黄豆饼粉培养基以麸皮做碳源较好,C∶N以4∶1为佳。在母种培养基上,猪苓菌丝的长速显著高于蜜环菌菌索,蜜环菌菌索可穿透猪苓菌丝而继续生长。在原种培养基上猪苓菌丝可正常生长,蜜环菌菌索生长受抑制。结论明确了猪苓母种和原种的最佳培养条件及其与蜜环菌共培养的生长特性。
OBJECTIVE To establish the culture conditions of Polyporus umbellatus and its original species and to reveal the growth characteristics of Polyporus umbellatus and Armillaria mellea under co-culture conditions. Methods The culture medium of petri dish was used to determine the morphological characteristics and growth indexes of Polyporus umbellatus and Mycorrhizal fungi regularly. Results The soybean meal medium with bran as carbon source was better, C: N was better than 4:1. In the mother culture medium, the speed of H. polygamum was significantly higher than that of Armillaria mellea, and Armillaria solanacearum could penetrate the mycelial growth of Polyporus umbellatus and continue to grow. In the original medium, Polyporus umbellatus can grow normally and the growth of Armillaria mellea is inhibited. Conclusion The optimal culture conditions for the mother and elite species of Polyporus umbellatus and their growth characteristics were established.
