一种新型霍尔角度传感器的设计与分析

节气门用角度传感器研究逐渐趋于小型化、智能化以及非接触测量。运用图解法对一种基于霍尔的新型角度传感器结构进行了磁路分析,得到磁体的工作点。运用Maxwell工程电磁场软件对该结构进行了有限元磁场分析,并且作了验证比较。最后通过试验,检验了传感器输入角度与输出电压的线性关系。结果表明:这种结构能较好反映角度变化,适于进一步的应用研究。
