自1960年第一台红宝石激光器问世以来,1963年国外即有人进行激光实验治癌的研究,1964年即试用于临床,并取得初步疗效。国内上海第二医学院对于红宝石激光器对小鼠移植性肿瘤的疗效曾做过一些观察。上海、武汉、西安等地在实验研究的基础上,已用二氧化碳气体激光器治疗部分病例。国外和国内的嘉定医院也曾做过一些钕玻璃激光治癌的尝试。我们观察了钕玻璃固体激光器对小鼠移植性肿瘤的疗效,拟为临床应用激光治癌提供一些理论依据。材料和方法 1.钕玻璃固体激光器:由中国科技大学二系激光教研组自行设计安装。输出最
Since the first ruby laser was first introduced in 1960, people have conducted laser experiments to treat cancer in foreign countries in 1963. In 1964, they were used in clinical trials and achieved preliminary results. The Shanghai Second Medical College in China has done some observations on the efficacy of ruby lasers on mouse transplantable tumors. Based on experimental studies, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Xi’an have used carbon dioxide gas lasers to treat some cases. Overseas and domestic Jiading hospitals have also done some glazing laser cancer treatment attempts. We observed the effect of a glass-enhanced solid-state laser on transplantable tumors in mice, and proposed to provide some theoretical basis for the clinical application of laser cancer therapy.
