Germany, “small company”, “slow company” or even “stupid company” quietly adhere to their own goals, focus on development in a particular field, obtain stable performance and growth, and thus the success of Germany Economic glory. This is perhaps the point that we now need to learn from Germans. Since the global financial crisis broke out in 2008, the European economy stagnated or even got into deep debt crisis. Only Germany took the lead out of the quagmire and outshined others. In 2010, Germany’s GDP grew by 3.6%, ranking first among the top seven industrial powers and its unemployment rate dropped from 8.6% in 2007 to 6.9%.
