电搭接的设计,直接影响飞机的安全和性能。梳理了APU系统电搭接设计所需遵循的适航条款要求和通用要求,详细分析了APU系统中不能采用直接电搭接的部件,给出了通过间接电搭接实现的设计案例,并以框图的形式分析了电流传导路径。所阐述的方法可为民用飞机APU系统电搭接设计提供参考。
The design of the electrical overlap directly affects the safety and performance of the aircraft. The airworthiness requirements and general requirements of the APU system are discussed. The components of the APU system that can not be used in the direct electrical lapping are analyzed in detail. The design examples of the APU system by indirect electrical lapping are given, The current conduction path is analyzed in the form of a block diagram. The method described can provide a reference for the electrical landing design of civil aircraft APU system.
