In order to observe the clinical effect of low-dose heparin in preventing venous damage caused by intravenous infusion of dopamine, 80 patients with peripheral venous infusion of dopamine were prospectively observed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the incidence of phlebitis and thrombophlebitis between the two groups (P0.05), and the rate of venous injury in the experimental group was 10% (4/40). The control group was 6 2 .5% (2 5/40). The median time of infusion half-life was 43.85 hours in the experimental group and 2.75 hours in the control group, compared with that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Low-dose heparin can prevent venous injury caused by intravenous infusion of dopamine and prolong the retention time of trocar in blood vessels
