开放式创新环境下,吸收能力已成为影响企业技术创新活动的关键变量,但是这种作用的具体来源仍未得到充分探讨。以广东161家创新型企业为研究对象,通过分层回归分析方法实证检验基于吸收能力的三种组织学习过程及其互补性对企业技术创新的影响。结果表明,基于吸收能力的探索式和利用式学习正向影响企业的渐进性创新和突破性创新,而转换式学习只能通过与其它两种组织学习的互补效应发挥积极促进作用。
In an open innovation environment, absorptive capacity has become a key variable affecting the technological innovation activities in enterprises. However, the specific sources of such effects have not yet been fully explored. Taking 161 innovative enterprises in Guangdong as the research object, this paper empirically tests the impact of three organizational learning processes based on absorptive capacity and their complementarity on technological innovation of enterprises through stratified regression analysis. The results show that exploratory and exploitative learning based on absorptive capacity positively affects the incremental innovation and breakthrough innovation of enterprises, while transformative learning can only play an active role in promoting the learning through the complementary effects of the other two organizational learning.
