农户对食用菌种植技术的采用对提高食用菌行业竞争力和增加菇农收入有重要影响。根据国家食用菌产业技术体系调研数据,采用Logistic模型对菇农采用良种和栽培技术的影响因素进行对比分析,结果表明:种植规模、农户家庭收入水平、信息可获得性、推广机构的培训等因素对技术应用存在显著相关,而文化程度、技术成本、风险认知和信息可获得性等因素对技术应用的影响差别明显。本研究从食用菌种植特点、农户认知和技术属性等方面分析了可能存在的原因,最后提出了提高农户技术采用效率的对策。
Farmers’ adoption of edible mushroom cultivation technology has an important impact on improving the competitiveness of the mushroom industry and increasing the income of mushroom farmers. According to the research data of National Edible Fungus Industrial Technology System, Logistic model was used to compare and analyze the influencing factors of using improved seed and cultivation techniques. The results showed that: the scale of planting, household income level, information availability, training of promotion agencies Significantly related to the application of technology, and the degree of education, technology costs, risk perception and availability of information and other factors on the impact of technology applications are significantly different. In this study, the possible reasons for the characteristics of edible mushroom cultivation, the cognition of farmers and their technical properties were analyzed. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward to improve the technical adoption efficiency of farmers.
