本文对 84例海洛因依赖者经东莨菪碱伍用纳曲酮快速脱毒后纳曲酮维持进行随访。结果显示每例病人在治疗后第二天均顺利进入纳曲酮的维持 ,纳曲酮的维持率 1个月内为92 % ( 74例 )、2个月为 82 % ( 6 9例 )、3个月为48% ( 40例 )和 6个月 1 2 % ( 1 0例 ) ,纳曲酮平均维持时间为 2 .6月。经随访 ,快速脱毒后操守( drug free) 6个月者为 1 8例 ,快速脱毒操守率与既往戒毒后操守率相比有显著差异。经东莨菪碱伍用纳曲酮快速脱毒后纳曲酮维持的顺应性增加 ,操守时间超过 6个月的病例明显增多
In this paper, 84 cases of heroin addicts were followed up with naltrexone maintenance after rapid detoxification of scopolamine and naltrexone. The results showed that each patient successfully entered the maintenance of naltrexone on the second day after treatment. The maintenance rate of naltrexone was 92% (74 cases) in 1 month and 82% (69 cases) in 2 months. 48% (40 cases) in 3 months and 12% (10 cases) in 6 months. The mean naltrexone maintenance time was 2.6 months. After follow-up, 18 patients who were drug free for six months after rapid detoxification had a significant difference in their rate of detoxification compared with their past detoxification rates.
