针对石墨电极制造工艺落后的问题,我们进行了一系列试验研究,在试验中有一种现象引起了我们的重视,即石墨与软金属(铝或铜)作相对运动时(中间加有磨料),石墨很快被蚀除,而工具的软金属却损耗很少。根据这一现象,摸索到了用机械加工工艺代替手工操怍的方法,为制造石墨电极闯开了一条新路。
A series of experimental studies have been conducted on the backward manufacturing process of graphite electrodes. One of the phenomena in the tests has drawn our attention.
