报道局部Ｃｏ放疗对头颈部肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体淋畸变和微核率的影响。结果，放疗后其染色体畸变率和微核率均在放疗前增高的基础上更加明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。染色体畸变以双着丝粒体、断片二次击中畸变增高为主。这是射线对淋巴细胞染色体的直接损伤结果。
The effect of topical Co radiotherapy on peripheral blood lymphocytic chromosome aberration and micronucleus frequency in patients with head and neck cancer was reported. As a result, the rate of chromosome aberration and micronucleus rate increased significantly after radiotherapy (P<0.01). Chromosome aberrations are mainly caused by double centrosomes and secondary hitting distortion of fragments. This is the direct result of radiation on the lymphocyte chromosome.
