钢结构构件在使用中与环境中的介质接触,钢材中的铁与介质产生化学反应,导致钢材被腐蚀,也称为锈蚀。钢材的腐蚀,轻者钢材力学性能下降,重者将导致构件破坏,造成建筑物倒塌等严重后果,因此钢结构的防腐处理应引起重视。本文结合现场的施工经验,简要的分析了施工中钢结构的腐蚀原因及防腐蚀的应对措施。
Steel structure members are in contact with the medium in the environment during use. The iron in the steel material reacts with the medium to cause a chemical reaction, resulting in corrosion of the steel material, also called corrosion. Corrosion of steel materials will result in a decrease in the mechanical properties of light steel products. Severe defects will lead to the destruction of components and result in serious consequences such as the collapse of buildings. Therefore, the anti-corrosion treatment of steel structures should be paid attention to. In this paper, combined with on-site construction experience, the causes of corrosion of steel structures during construction and countermeasures against corrosion are briefly analyzed.
