用Φ25× 5 ×420mm的固定床反应器系统对拟一级不可逆反应进行了实验研究。实验测定了反应器系统的参数灵敏性行为,并将试验结果与理论预测的结果进行了比较从而获得了反应器安全操作的判据。此判据可以指出在给定绝热温升S下安全设计反应系统所需的最小传热能力N。
An experimental study on the quasi-first-order irreversible reaction was carried out on a fixed bed reactor of Φ25 × 5 × 420mm. The parameter sensitivity behavior of the reactor system was experimentally determined, and the experimental results were compared with the theoretical predictions to obtain the criterion for the safe operation of the reactor. This criterion can indicate the minimum heat transfer capacity N required to safely design the reaction system for a given adiabatic temperature rise S.
