本文论证了评价齿轮变速箱传动系统优化设计的几个主要技术指标,并对通用变速箱、直通轴变速箱的传动设计,提出了理论计算公式及有关方法,且通过实例验证,使所设计的变速箱的总齿数和及轴间距为最小,达到设计合理、结构紧凑、节省材料、提高经济效益的目的.作者在本文中通过提出几点优化目标并推出理论计算公式,以求得最优化设计。
This article demonstrates several main technical indexes for evaluating the gearbox transmission system optimization design, and puts forward the theoretical calculation formula and the related methods for the transmission design of the universal gearbox and the through-shaft gearbox. Through the example verification, The total number of gear teeth and shaft spacing for the minimum, to achieve reasonable design, compact structure, save material, improve economic efficiency purposes.In this paper, the author put forward some optimization objectives and the theoretical formula to obtain the optimal design .
